We proudly present the only luxury private holiday home positioned ideally right on The Esplanade in central Port Douglas.

The Esplanade Villa offers superb luxury right on the beachfront of the famous Four Mile Beach. Enjoying this magnificent location, the villa is a serene tropical retreat just a blissfully short, level stroll away from the boutique shops, cafes and restaurants of the main street.

This contemporary three level retreat offers guests exclusive use of this beautiful villa which includes a salt water swimming pool with sundeck and top level balcony with beautiful ocean views. The ground floor features a central gourmet kitchen that opens to a dining room. This opens to a private rear covered deck with outdoor lounge beside the saltwater pool with sunlounges and to the front, a beachside entertainment balcony with outdoor setting overlooking the beach. Two generous queen bedrooms with stylish ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor, separated by a second entertainment lounge. The second floor is home to the master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and expansive verandas.

Vehicle entry is via a secure, private underground car park and when on foot you simply walk across from the beach and in your door.

A minimum 5 night stay applies year round. A minimum 7 night stay may apply in peak holiday periods.
Guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival which will include a bottle of wine & flowers as well as basic household items.
A basic starter pack of bathroom amenities is supplied on arrival. Please note that this is not replenished throughout your stay.
There will be a complimentary mid stay service provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.
